CULTURAL DYNAMIC WORKSHOP
Cultural Dynamics Workshop Netherlands: From Cultural Differences to Effective Collaboration
Teams in multicultural organizations collaborate more effectively when they understand and leverage cultural differences.
Our Cultural Dynamics Workshop provides practical tools for clearer communication, fewer misunderstandings, and stronger team performance.

Why Cultural Awareness Is Essential for Teams
In diverse teams, different cultural work styles often clash unconsciously. What seems direct and efficient in one culture may come across as blunt or disrespectful in another. These misunderstandings cost time, energy, and results.
The Cultural Dynamics Workshop uses Erin Meyer’s proven framework of eight cultural dimensions to help teams understand cultural differences. Through team mapping, real-life cases, and role plays, teams learn how to leverage cultural diversity effectively.

Your Workshop Facilitator: Roselind Gan
Roselind Gan uniquely understands what it takes to navigate cultural differences. At 35, she moved from Singapore to the Netherlands and personally experienced both the challenges and opportunities of working in a completely different culture.
This personal experience makes her the ideal facilitator for the Cultural Dynamics Workshop. Roselind knows firsthand how cultural misunderstandings arise, how they can frustrate teams, and—most importantly—how to turn them into strengths.
With her background in both Asian and European work cultures, Roselind brings unique insights to every workshop. She has personally seen how direct Dutch communication can clash with Asian preferences for harmony, how different feedback styles can lead to misunderstandings, and how hierarchical expectations vary across cultures.
Roselind combines this lived experience with professional expertise as an ICF-certified coach. She has guided teams at multinationals, scale-ups, and NGOs, always with the same practical approach: cultural differences are not problems to fix, but assets to leverage.
