Strengthen your team dynamics, minimize conflict, and drive measurable results with DISC. Experience our practical, results-focused training designed to create stronger, more effective teams.

Every team is unique, shaped by the different personalities within it. Our comprehensive DISC Assessment enables your team to gain deeper insight into individual preferences, work styles, and communication.
Learn to appreciate each team member’s strengths and create a work environment where everyone can perform at their best. Build strong connections and a more efficient workplace.

A DISC team training is a session in which a whole team uses the DISC model to recognise their own behaviour and that of their colleagues. DISC sorts behavioural preferences into four styles: dominant, influential, steady and conscientious. Nobody is one style. Everyone is a mix, and that mix explains why one colleague wants to decide straight away while another wants to look into everything first.
The difference with an individual DISC analysis is what happens next. With an individual analysis you get a report about yourself. In a team training we put all the profiles side by side, so the team sees where the friction comes from that it has felt for months without being able to name it.
That is usually the moment the penny drops. Not because we explain it, but because someone in the group says: so that is why that meeting always stalls.
Direct, decisive, problem-solver, risk-taker, self-starter
Inspiring, enthusiastic, optimistic, expressive, persuasive
Patient, loyal, team player, calm, predictable, understanding
Accurate, precise, factual, logical, systematic, analytical

We charge per team, not per participant. A half day costs €1,000 for a team of up to twelve people, a full day €1,700. The personal DISC assessments come on top of that: €40 per participant, including a personal report and the shared team map.
| People | Total | Per person |
|---|---|---|
| 4 | €1,160 | €290 |
| 6 | €1,240 | €207 |
| 8 | €1,320 | €165 |
| 10 | €1,400 | €140 |
| 12 | €1,480 | €123 |
All amounts exclude VAT. Travel is included within 75 kilometres of Rotterdam. Beyond that we charge the statutory rate of €0.25 per kilometre.
Watch what you are comparing. A per-person rate often looks lower, but the personal DISC profile is frequently not included. With every quote, ask whether the assessment and the report are part of the price, and up to how many participants the quoted price applies.

This is the agenda of a standard DISC workshop, designed to help your team connect, understand each other better, and grow together in approximately 4 hours:
We begin by creating a foundation of understanding and open communication within the team.
We explore the unique traits of the four DISC styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness).
You learn how to recognise the different DISC styles in your team members, which is essential for effective interactions.
Through a personal assessment, you discover how your own behaviour varies in different situations.
We provide practical strategies to adapt your communication style, enabling you to collaborate more effectively with colleagues of different DISC styles.
Our DISC workshops typically last around 4 hours and are usually held on-site at your company. Each participant receives a comprehensive DISC analysis report.
The training is in-company. We come to your own location.
A half day costs €1,000 per team for up to twelve participants, a full day €1,700. The personal assessments cost €40 per participant, including a report. For ten participants that works out at €1,400 excluding VAT, roughly €140 per person.
Four. Below that number there is too little difference in the group to put the profiles side by side.
DISC looks at visible behaviour: how someone communicates, decides and reacts under pressure. MBTI looks at preferences in how someone takes in and processes information. DISC applies more directly to collaboration, MBTI goes deeper into thinking. We run both.
