A team building workshop with substance

A day that is not just fun. Your team walks away genuinely understanding each other better. Built on DISC or MBTI, and on what is actually going on in your team.

Why most team building does not stick

Karting, an escape room, a barbecue: fun, and sometimes that is exactly what a team needs. But come Monday, everything is back to how it was. The quiet colleague is quiet again, and the same meeting gets stuck in the same way.

A team building workshop with substance puts the energy of a day like that to good use: learning to read each other better, saying out loud what usually stays unspoken, and agreeing on things that still hold on Monday.

What the day looks like

1

A personal profile for everyone

Before the workshop every team member completes a DISC or 16 Personalities questionnaire. It is not about boxes or labels. It gives you a shared language for how you make decisions, how you communicate, and what gives you energy.

2

The team map on the table

Then we put everyone’s profiles side by side. Where do you overlap, where are the gaps, and what does that explain about how you work together? This is usually when the real conversation gets going.

3

Practising with real situations

No invented case studies: we work with situations from your own day-to-day work. Giving feedback, recognizing each other’s style, and naming the things you normally tiptoe around.

4

Agreements that last

Everyone writes their own ‘How to work with me’ and the team wraps up with a few clear agreements. So the effect does not evaporate at the drinks afterwards.
