Looking for a DISC test? We use those during our trainings, with personal Extended DISC profiles for each team member. The team scan is something else: a short questionnaire we built ourselves that shows where your collaboration stands right now. A snapshot, not a scientifically validated test.

What the team scan measures

The team scan looks at four things that determine whether a team runs well: saying what’s really going on, making decisions and acting on them, knowing each other’s work styles and following through on agreements. Ten statements, two minutes, instant results.

Who this is for

For team leads, managers and HR who want to know where their team stands. Fill in the scan based on your own view of the team. Then feel free to have your team members fill it in too and compare the results: it’s the differences that spark the best conversations.
